no menu icons display after deleting some files on lenovo a6000

I use king root to root and and after I follow some posts to remove unwanted files from system folder and now the problem is its displaying the first screen where I enter pin lock and after entering the pin its shows black no any icons, I can scroll down and access to settings menu and other options like flight, mode enable data, auto rotation etc so please tell me what I do
