only stocked recovery.img ... (Acer z160 liquid z4)

:)Hi all,
my problem is on Acer Z160 (liquid z4) :
* only original recovery
*no access for "usb debugging" ; so no access to adb functions since my pc
* and I don't have original rom ...

what is the/a solution ?
First I've read (on XDA forum) : "You cannot flash zip files through fastboot. You need to download a twrp image and flash it individually with" so I've tried but it is not possible :
