[Q] SCH-R970 u.s. Cellular

Hello everybody, I need help with unlocking this phone. I've unlocked the hidden menu but there is no option called Perso Sha256 OFF. I dont know where this is located on the phone but if I knew, i could probably change it.
Any suggestions on unlocking this phone or locating perso would be nice.
