Replacing mid frame and front combo, consistent problem with combo not seating

After rebuilding quite a few galaxy s5, I am having an issue with the front combos not seating into the frame as well as it should. I am trying to troubleshoot what the issue may be, the phones all look great and function normally but there is a small gap near the bottom corner. I'm thinking it's the adhesive I am using causing the issue but any help or tips are much appreciated.
