These comments from AT&T reps tell me that either they don't know for sure what the actual cause is, or that AT&T's recent update doesn't interact with some hardware on this device. I suspect the latter. Is anyone else with stock device having problems like this? (I know there might not be many with a stock device here but... thought I'd ask)
- The problems are being caused by an update from AT&T (the phones are running Android 5.0)
- The issue is being caused by an HTC hardware failure and these are problem phones.
