i need your help as i haven't been able to fully restore my phone. Long story short, i attempted to convert my one m8 from AT&T into Developer and I failed. I made all the work: unlock bootloader, root, s-off, change the CID over 11111111/BS_US001/BS_US002. When I got there I tried to install RUU_M8_UL_M60_SENSE70_MR_BrightstarUS_WWE_6.12.154 0.4.exe downloaded from HTC and i started receiving messages of failed installation. Every time i restarted the phone, the &^%&^@^@# image of AT&T was still there.
Thinking it could be something wrong on any of the previous steps I "restored" the phone to locked bootlader, s-on, etc etc etc and tried again the process. Unfortunately, same results.
Then i tried zip installs that i found on links from this site. After many, i was able to make the transformation, using a zip namedRUU_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_BrightstarUS_WWE_4.1 6.1540.8_Radio_1.24.21331147A1.09G_20.68.4196.01_F _release_411207_signed_2-decrypted. This allowed my to move up to android version 5.0.1, with htc sense version 6.0 and software number 4.17.1540.9 already on the developer build
However, from that point when i try to install the update for marshmallow and sense 7, the message i always receive is:
