Idential serial numbers on two note 4s - is that OK?

I have two note 4 phones (new to me).
The battery compartment serial numbers are the same on both. The IEMI numbers differ.

They start with R38K1QQxxxx (guessing posing the full SN is not a good thing and the xxxx is the unpublished part)

I'd guess matching SNs is a bad thing, but I do not know (if it is just a Samsung thing). Both are tmobile branded, one is white and one black.
