Problems with htc one x version At & t don't enter recovery

The phone I stay stuck on an app did nothing so I decided forced off leaving pressed the power button and when lit stayed in the logo and was returning to restart after pressed power + key - and I enter I go to the recovery option and this becomes at the same logo of HTC and keeps restarting from there I started to read tutos and none serves me will not let me flash not let me put recovery will not let me put RUU everything is on the Internet requires me root, s-off or has recovery or unlock or relock
