This is an unofficial build of AOKP MM built from original sources with nothing changed on my part.
Although there is already an AOKP thread, I opened this one to add support to all three S4 Mini devices (9190/9192/9195).
Please note that I am not a developer, so will not/ can not fix bugs (if any); these are up to the AOKP team (Team Kang) and CM teams.

INSTALL GUIDE
A. Initial install
1. Copy ROM and Gapps to your external SD Card or internal memory
2. Boot into recovery (latest TWRP preferred)
3. Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache, Cache, System and Data
4. Install ROM and Gapps
5. Reboot
B. Updates
1. Copy ROM and Gapps to your external SD Card or internal memory
2. Boot into recovery (latest TWRP preferred)
3. Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache and Cache
4. Install ROM and Gapps
5. Reboot
