Flash tool errors can't ROOT, HELP PLEASE

i have a Z5 PREMIUM, E6883, bootloader unlocked: yes, trying to install TWRP and ROOT, if i go into flashtool/x10flasher_lib, where my files are twrp-3.0.2-0-e6653-20160417.img and e6883_MM_ROOTABLE_boot.img , bring up command window,type i { fastboot.exe devices -1} i get access is denied , if i go through users/ users name/ appdata/ andriod/ android-sdk / platform-tools, you see what i get, can some one tell what im doing wrong here, pics below
