Windows CE unbranded Chinese head unit question

My unit lacks some critical features. For example, no GPS and when playing MP3s from the microsd, it only shows filenames and not the ID3 tag info :confused: Does ANYONE have any suggestions on what I can do with this unit? Maybe better WinCE software (an upgrade or diff apps) or better still- can it be converted to Android? If updated software is available can somebody hit me up with an actual working download link? I did add a pic of my unit..
