c6833 black screen and how can I fix it?

Hi, I have experienced black screen as soon as I call someone. I read the forum and someone posted to do proximity switch test and I followed, only to know that the proximity switch is always on. How can I fix it?

I am considering to downgrade from stock 5.1.1 to earlier firmware to do proximity caliburation. It is doable?
