There are a number of different ways to set a reminder on Android, and one of the most convenient is the Google Assistant. It's always just a long-press of your phone's home button away (on supported devices), but it isn't perfect — it obscures the foreground application. That's why XDA Senior Member crazyfool_1 made Remindee, a new tool that aims to reduce the number of steps involved in creating a reminder. Once it's installed, you'll see a new Remidee option in Android's share menu, which lets you set a reminder quickly and easily from any application. Assuming you're viewing a webpage, tweet, image, or text you want to be reminded about, hitting the app's share button and tapping Remind Me creates the reminder. It's as easy as pie.
