K9 overheated...not woring

I've had my K9 smartwatch for about 5 weeks, lately it's been overheating and finally it will not turn on. When I plug it into the cradle, the charging symbol shows for about 10 seconds and than vanishes, it repeats the cycle several times and gets warmer and warmer, then nothing. Once I unplug it and it cools, I hit the power button, nothing happens. I plug it back in and the cycle starts all over again. I think it's fried! :(
