Just put xdabbeb's ROM on w/ 5.1.1 and everything works fine but for the life of me I simply CANNOT overclock know or underclock.
I've tried a dozen OC apps and none of the settings for the frequency min/max or the governor stick at all.
Also, when I monitor the phone with CPU-Z or Kernel Auditor it seems that the phone doesn't ever go above 1.7Ghz under load even though the CPU can go up to 2.457Ghz.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. At this point I've tried everything I can think of including verifying root (su in terminal to make sure I have the hash #)
