APP or widget like the old HTC toolbar?

Hope this is the right place - Galaxy 6 Edge +
Is there an up to date version of the old 'bar of icons' you could have on the main screen for e.g torch, wi-fi, data, bluetooth, location etc?
(NOT the current pull down settings from the top of the screen)
