To Change the boot animation >>
1. download the zip below
2. use root browser or es explorer
3. go to root browser and open > home > go to system > media > bootanimation.zip
4. now rename that bootanimation to boot // or cut that zip file and paste in your sd card
5. then copy my bootanimation .zip and paste here ( system>media )
6. long press that file & set permission r_w_r_r
7. now enjoy your boot animation
* if u use cm then check in themes manager> boot*
